Tesla Bots Overview

An average size, about 5-foot-8 and 125 pounds humanoid robot will be tesla’s next revolutionary invention. As in Will Smith’s movie “I, Robot”, these Tesla AI Bots are intended to be friendly and navigate through the world built for humans. Let’s hope these Tesla Bots are not going to be like those killer robots in the movie. If it does tesla bots will surpass us and humans will go extinct.

Elon Musk mentioned that they are developing those robots less powerful than a human would be. We do not have to worry about these bots overpowering us. He specially mentioned that a human can run away from it and overpower it easily. Tesla presented and previewed this Humanoid Robot design on Thursday at its Fremont, California, plant, calling it “Tesla Bot” and “Optimus.” Tesla said that they are going to show a prototype next year. At the presentation a human dressed as the machine performed robotic gestures and danced onstage, possibly exhibiting the range of motion that Tesla thinks the bot will reach. Musk was keen to point out that the dancer was not a genuine robot.

Elon Musk REVEALS Tesla Bot

Tesla AI Bots Appearance

The robot will weigh about 125 pounds and will be the average size of a human about 5-foot-8. The hands will be also like human hands. Its face will be a screen that displays important pieces of information. They said about this screen that this robot will be white-clad and outfitted with a screen and Tesla’s Autopilot system consisting of an AI chip, 8 cameras, and 40 electromechanical actuators.

Performance of Tesla AI Bots

Elon Musk mentioned that humans have to be prepared that these robots are going to ultimately work alongside them. Or they are going to replace them in the workplace. He said that in the future physical work will be a choice for us. If we want to do it we can, but if we don’t we won’t need to do it. Interestingly, Musk envisions this replacing much of the human drudge work that already consumes so many people’s life – not just labor, but also things like grocery shopping and other boring duties. The robot can run approximately 5 mph and can carry 45 pounds.

Conclusion about Tesla Bots

These robots can change the future workforce of a company as it is not likely to pay a robot a monthly salary to do a job and they do not get tired while working. So, it will be a threat for some of us who are especially doing physical tasks. But for some reason, this is a huge opportunity for mankind such as to carry on tasks without worrying about a pandemic situation like the Covid-19 virus.

If it comes to human extinction like in most movies such as “I, Robot”, or “Matrix”. All we can do is wait and see. Some of the tesla products have been successful and some have been not. Like the Tesla Cybertruck window-smashing being a total failure. Not to mention Tesla’s driver-assist technologies have recently come under criticism from industry competitors. And also regulatory safety investigators are concerned about their rapid deployment on public roads. Following almost a dozen collisions involving parked emergency vehicles, the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration launched an inquiry into Tesla’s driver-assistance suite, known as Autopilot, last week. Musk, on the other hand, has voiced optimism that Tesla’s cars would be able to drive themselves one day.

Tesla never gives up, so we can wait and see in a year how these Tesla AI Bots are going to change our future. Comment your opinion about this Tesla bot in the comment section.
